What the usual answer misses

Most cost-per-acre figures start from 835 feet of fence, the square-lot assumption. If your lot is 3:1, you need 964 feet — 129 feet more, which at installed rates is a difference of roughly three to seven thousand dollars before anyone has quoted you. The shape of the lot is the single biggest driver of the total, ahead of material choice.
